Return & Exchange Policy

 

Return & Refund Policy 🔄

We follow standard UK consumer protection laws to ensure a fair and transparent experience.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Return request must be made within the 14-day period

After requesting a return, you have up to 14 additional days to send the item back.

Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
